Welcome,

I'm so glad that you're here!

Thank you for your interest in Uyen Vu BodyMind Awareness & Self-Inquiry, a body-based spiritual practice rooted in Somatic Embodiment Mindfulness Yoga Meditation. This helps you to go deep into yourself and go into your living experience of Being Aware, get in touch with your Being and see clearly Being in others.

It means a lot for me that you come across this practice, and I hope the small practices you discover here offer you calm, inner peace, clarity and a deeper connection with yourself and with the present moment.

In my work, I am sharing my deep love and deep interest in bodymind awareness and self-inquiry practices to help to transform a person's psychological suffering and for that person to experience straight away the joy, the happiness, the quietness, the openness, the stillness, the ease, the clarity and the peace that is always here and available to each one of us, with no exception, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year and this is what I love to do.

Whether you're looking for regular classes, workshops, retreats in Ascot - UK, longer immersive retreats in Vietnam, or private one-on-one sessions, or special occasions there’s something here for you. I also offer bespoke programs for schools, organizations, and companies—and I’d be happy to bring the practice to your space.

Take your time exploring, and if something resonates with you, feel free to contact me —I’d love to hear from you.

Wishing you a beautiful day—and I look forward to meet you!

Letting Go Practice with Bean Bags

The Current Journals magazine (featuring somatic embodiment practices from around the world), based in the U.S., published our "Letting Go" practice—in both Vietnamese and English—in its June 2025 issue. Click here to read the full article.

Full Body Self-Massage (Dưỡng Sinh Practice)

I learned this technique while growing up in Vietnam. In my time, most Vietnamese youngsters were taught some routines for taking care of both the physical and energetic body by the elders — and this is one of them.

In class, I often break it down into smaller sections, such as focusing only on the face or just the feet and legs, since we only have an hour together. But if you have more time, feel free to enjoy a full 40 to 60 minutes just for yourself.

I find this practice especially helpful before doing yoga poses or sit quiet to meditate as a way to warm up and start the day, or anytime my mind feels dull or I’m low on energy.

Meditation Game: EMPTY THE MIND

I made these videos for children but adults also enjoying it too. If you need adults version, just head off to my youtube channel or joining me at one of my group class, retreats or private 1:1.
