This beginner course is designed to help you break free from patterns of stress, overthinking, and emotional struggle — in a safe, structured, and sustainable way. Instead of adding more theories or beliefs, you’ll gain clear, practical tools that you can use right away to create lasting change.

Each 45-minute lesson gives you step-by-step guidance to recognize unhelpful thought patterns and let them go. As you practice, you’ll notice more clarity, more calm, and more space to enjoy your life without being held back by the weight of old habits.

Each class will provide you practical tools to:

  • Release the residues of sufferings in your body

  • Have a daily routine to clear out the "rubbish" in your bodymind in everyday life

  • Gain clarity about your thoughts, emotions, sensation, perceptions

What This Course Offers

Our Being often gets override by thinking then leading to emotions and doing. This loop of thinking-emotion-doing-thinking-doing-emotion is constant running our life. This is contracted your body and is veiled your experience of lasting happiness, joy, peace, tranquility, fulfillment and stop you to connect with the well-organisation, well-order in nature and universe. This course provides simple guidance and small daily practices to help you switch your mind off, relax your body so that you can lift the veil and access to the source of everything - the quietness and tranquility. You’ll learn step by step practice tools and strategies to get out of your head, contact with direct experience, and access to the harmony, openness, lasting peace and happiness.

This course is for anyone who:

  • Has a real desire to have a shift to Being - the silence energy field - the sources where unshakable steadiness, lasting happiness, peace, fulfilment, love and healing is always present for you

  • Want to release the residues of sufferings in your body

  • Are looking for simple and clear guidance  and not being lost in the wide range of spiritual practices

  • Are experiencing stress, anxiety, or mental-emotional challenges

  • Are seeking effective ways to reconnect and remain with your being in the midst of all experience

Ascot 2-hour Retreats
 

Imagine having two hours just for yourself at our weekly retreats in a friendly, small group of like-minded people, held in my private studio and peaceful green garden in Ascot. This is a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic space where you can rejuvenate, refresh, and reconnect with yourself. These retreats offer a wonderful opportunity for you to REST your thinking mind and see clearly your purpose.

Beginner Somatic Embodiment Walking

Awakening You to Your Walk

From your toes to your spine — walk with ease, balance, and confidence

Wednesdays: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM 

£160 per person

We often take our feet for granted. Even if we walk every day, many of us fall into old movement patterns that create tension and limit mobility over time.

This course is a whole-body practice that restores natural, fluid movement. It begins with care for the toes, feet, ankles, knees, and hips, and expands to include the breath, core, and pelvic floor. It also supports the upper body — spine, shoulders, neck, and arms — for balanced, integrated movement.

This course helps you restore your walking skills, release tension, hydrate the fascia, and strengthen muscles from toe to top. Each lesson transforms walking from a task into a pleasure, bringing confidence and ease not only to walking and running but also to your everyday movements.

It is suitable for all ages — perfect for anyone who loves walking, running, or movement in general. It is especially supportive for those recovering from hip or shoulder replacement, organ prolapse, or other foot and leg issues.

In this session, I will guide you on an inward journey where you can safely explore the inner landscapes of your body and mind. You will gain insight into what you may truly be searching for, and we will close with a gentle ceremony to celebrate you.

You will return home with a clearer understanding of what lies deep within you — feeling grounded, centered, alive, happier, fulfilled, and more content.
