Suffering is not necessary. It is optional.
Reconnect. Embody. Awaken.
Hi, I’m Uyên Vũ.
I help individuals—ages 5 to 100+—reconnect with their bodies, cultivate presence, and restore inner peace through somatic embodiment mindfulness yoga meditation, and body-mind-self awareness.
I’ve supported people, in Vietnam and the UK, in nervous system regulation, stress and anxiety relief, depression and trauma recovery, emotional healing, and holistic wellbeing.
Together, we move from chaos to clarity, helping you rediscover your true self and awaken your innate healing potential.
Whether you’re seeking stress relief, self-awareness, emotional balance, or personal transformation, this practice empowers you to live fully in your body, mind, and spirit.
I can’t wait to support you in awakening your body, mind, and self—let’s start this journey today!
