Suffering is not necessary. It is optional.
Hi, I’m Uyên Vũ
I am trained in Viet Nam, where I was raised, as well as in the UK, with continued professional training from teachers in Europe and the USA.
I support individuals of all ages—from children to older adults—in improving physical function, emotional wellbeing, and quality of life through evidence-informed somatic therapy.
My work integrates somatic movement therapy, mindfulness-based practices, therapeutic yoga, breath awareness, and meditation to support pain relief, nervous system regulation, stress and trauma recovery, postural alignment, breathing efficiency, emotional balance, and present-moment awareness.
Sessions are delivered using a client-centred approach that prioritises safety, accessibility, and sustainable outcomes.
I work with people seeking support for chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, pain management, posture correction, breathing difficulties, self-connection, and personal development. Sessions are suitable for all ages and levels of physical ability.
Let’s begin your therapeutic journey today!
