Suffering is not necessary. It is optional.
From Stress, Trauma, and Pain to Ease, Peace and Happiness:
A Direct Path
Hi, I’m Uyên Vũ, and I am originally from Vietnam.
I support people aged 5 to 100+ years old in reducing physical discomfort, releasing stress and trauma held in the body, and cultivating greater ease, comfort, and wellbeing through Somatic Embodiment Mindfulness Yoga Meditation.
I also work with individuals experiencing chronic pain, high levels of anxiety, ongoing stress or depression, helping them develop a calmer and clearer state of mind. Through guided movement, breathing, and meditation, you can reduce mental tension, build emotional resilience, feel more grounded and deep relaxation, and experience greater ease in everyday life.
Alongside individual wellbeing work, I offer bespoke dementia-friendly wellbeing sessions for care homes, community groups, day centres, and organisations. I also provide wellbeing sessions for carers, offering practical tools and support to help carers nurture their own wellbeing while caring for others.
Imagine feeling more connected to yourself—lighter, calmer, love, more peaceful, and able to move through life with greater ease and authenticity, day and night.
I truly look forward to meeting you and practising together.
