I’ve spent many years learning and exploring how mindfulness yoga meditation, breathing, and attention-awareness practices can truly help children, teens, and families feel better inside and out. Uyen somatic embodiment mindfulness yoga meditation practice can bring real, lasting changes—helping you feel more calm, strong, and connected to yourself and the world around you.

The classes, courses, and retreats I offer—whether for children, teens, family or one-on-one—are specially designed for young people who may be having a hard time or just want to feel more like themselves. We focus on helping with things like stress, anxiety, sadness, pain, or just feeling stuck. These sessions help you feel more peaceful, confident, and in tune with your body and emotions.

I create a safe, caring, and playful space where you can explore, move, breathe, and learn about yourself in fun and gentle ways. Each class builds step by step to help you:

  • Feel calm and peaceful inside

  • Pay attention to what you're doing right now

  • Learn in a way that feels good to you

  • Understand what you are feeling

  • Focus and concentrate better

  • Notice how your body and mind are connected

  • Work and play well with others

  • Understand your thoughts and feelings more clearly

  • Use your senses to notice the world around you

  • Listen to your body and take care of it kindly

  • Believe in yourself and trust yourself more

  • Breathe in ways that help you feel better

  • Understand your emotions and learn to handle them gently

  • Discover who you really are, and feel proud of yourself

  • Move your body in ways that feel balanced and strong

 

These classes are a journey into yourself, where you can grow, heal, and shine—just as you are.

I made these videos for children but adults also enjoying it too. If you need adults version, just head off to my Youtube channel or joining me at one of my group class, retreats or private 1:1. These little games are helping you to shift for a busy mind or chaos mind into a deeper place of tranquility, steadiness and happiness in you.
