Class Focus:

This class is designed to help beginners:

  • Use the body and breath as an anchor to settle the mind and feel grounded.

  • Observe your current thoughts, feelings, emotions and sensations and gain the understanding of the nature of your mind and its activities.

  • Releasing your "contracted I" , access your tranquility and steady ground of being with small self-inquiry exercises.

  • Connect with your inner sense of being and present-moment awareness.

  • Clarity, peace and happiness.

Release stress, anxiety, depression, negativity, and trauma, and discover lasting happiness in the present moment.

Schedule (Sundays 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

  • April: 19, 26

  • May: 3, 10, 17

  • June: 7, 14, 21, 28

  • July: 5, 12, 19

 

Format: Live on Zoom (recordings included to keep forever).
 

Group Size: Limited to 25 participants.
 

Practice: Seated on a chair or floor cushion.
