What I Offer

Practical, body-based tools to improve wellbeing, focus, attention, resilience and being in everyday life

No matter how much pain, discomfort, or confusion we carry inside, each day brings a set of tasks to complete and goals to reach. The truth is, within each of us lies the power to rise, to face the day, and to take that next step forward. Life can feel overwhelming—stress can weigh us down, and at times, it may feel like we're walking a tightrope. But even in those moments, we hold the strength to persevere, to heal, and to grow. That strength has always been there—quiet, steady, and ready when we are.

For over 30 years, through my journey across Vietnam and the UK, I’ve dedicated my work to helping people of all ages (3 to 97+) —discover their strength, shift their mindset, and create lasting, positive change from within. True transformation is always possible, no matter where you start.

My passion is finding personalized ways to help you rebuild resilience, release chronic tension, excessive effort, and stress, be authentic and nurture a more compassionate relationship with yourself and the world around you. Each lesson is thoughtfully designed and accessible to all levels, supporting relief from stress, anxiety, depression, negativity, and trauma. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you will always discover something new at your lesson. I offer a wide range of flexible options to suit your needs and availability to find joy in your body. Let’s work together to rebuild your resilience, nurture your inner being, and—most importantly—restore your sense of happiness, positivity and aliveness.

The class will start with fascia's tension release techniques for you to experience the release comes from everywhere in your body. You’ll be practicing in a safe, supportive space alongside like-minded individuals, cultivating deeper balance, awareness, and resilience. This is your opportunity to meet discomfort with presence, attune to challenges with attention, breath, and to move through it all with patience, grounding, and grace.

Book your spot now and take your practice to the next level—from the inside out!

What to Expect

Ready to move beyond the basics?

If you're looking to deepen your practice or just simply like to challenge your body and explore a more embodied, mindful approach to movement, this class is for you. You’ll be guided through intelligently sequenced, progressively challenging postures and transitions—standing, kneeling, seated, and supine—all designed to refine alignment, build strength, and enhance fluidity.

At the heart of this practice is the Back Body Breath—a breath awareness technique that invites you to explore the space and movement in the back of your body: the pelvis, spine, shoulder blades, and everything in between. This breath-centered focus supports balanced core engagement, creates spaciousness in the lower and upper back, and cultivates a deeper sense of ease, control, and inner support as you move.

You’ll explore sequences of yoga asana/poses/movements:

  • Recharge your body

  • Strength and stability through full-body movement

  • Improved posture and coordination

  • Enhanced balance on both sides of the body

The Power of Breathing

Breathing is a fundamental physiological process that directly influences health, cognition, blood pressure, posture, and movement.

It also reflects the functional state of the nervous system, emotional regulation, and overall activity levels. Optimizing breathing patterns is one of the most effective ways to support long-term health and resilience.

Potential benefits of improved breathing include:

  • Tools to regulate the autonomic nervous system and promote a restorative state

  • Healthier and more efficient breathing mechanics

  • Enhanced cellular and immune function

  • Increased energy and endurance

  • Reduced blood pressure

  • Improved digestive function

  • Support for optimal posture and movement

While the diaphragm is commonly described as the primary muscle of respiration located beneath the lungs, the human body contains multiple diaphragmatic structures—thoracic, pelvic, shoulder, oral, vocal, and cranial. Each contributes to biomechanical stability, motor control, and sensory processing. These diaphragms function as an integrated system rather than in isolation.

Join me for this special class—when your breathing improves, so do you!

Freedom from pain

Releasing Prolonged Clenching, Tightness & Tension

Somatic Embodiment Yoga Meditation

Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Negativity and Trauma Relief

Seated or lying down – suitable for all bodies and all ages

Wednesdays: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

£16 per lesson or £70 for a block of 5 lessons

Chronic stress, anxiety, emotional weight, and negative thinking often live in the body as unconscious tension. These patterns take root in our muscles and breath—especially around the jaw, shoulders, belly, and chest—and can silently shape how we feel and move. You find yourself clenching your jaw, tightening your face or throat, or holding tension in your abdomen, spine, hands, feet, or pelvis—often without even realizing it. You have tried to book a physio, massage, or therapy appointment to ease the pain, but no one is available when you need it most? Pain and discomfort is very stressful for yourself and for those who love you.

This self-help practice becomes your best therapist in the moment you need it most—empowering you to care for your pain before external support arrives. This gentle, body-based class invites you to reconnect with your body and restore your natural ability to move with freedom and ease.

You'll be gently guided through a deeply calming blend of:

  • Self-applied hands-on techniques

  • Using simple props to bring awareness and encourage your body to move in a way to release the pain and create a new way of movement that is helpful for you

  • Mindful attention and presence-based practices

  • Precise, gentle somatic movements & yoga poses

  • Supportive, grounding breathing practice

Together, these practices help release long-held tension and shift the habitual patterns that keep you feeling stuck—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is a great start for you to begin to reconnect with your natural state of ease, softness, and calm.

This class is ideal if you’re navigating:

  • Anxiety or chronic stress

  • Depression or emotional exhaustion

  • Prolonged physical tension or inner restlessness

  • Or simply a longing to feel more grounded, open, and connected

Just come as you are and we will work on it together.
