What I Offer

Practical, body-based tools to improve wellbeing, focus, and resilience in the workplace

Through a unique blend of somatic practices, embodiment practices, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness, I help employees reconnect with themselves, manage stress, and sustain energy throughout the day.

Sessions are thoughtfully designed, accessible to all levels, and available for both in-person and remote teams—supporting relief from stress, anxiety, low mood, negativity, and mental-emotional challenges.

What Is Uyen Somatic Embodiment?

 

Uyen Somatic Embodiment Mindfulness Yoga Meditation practices help individuals become more aware of their inner landscape—thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations—by engaging the body directly. These tools encourage presence, clarity, and healthier responses to pressure or conflict.

This is not “just stretching.” It’s body-based self-awareness that supports long-term wellbeing.

I am professionally accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.

I’ve worked with schools, youth organisations, corporate teams and individuals to create meaningful, sustainable shifts in wellbeing and performance.

Rates

  • First Hour: £160

  • Additional Hour: £110

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours): £380

  • Full Day (up to 8 hours): £720

Sessions are tailored to your team’s needs. Discounts available for multi-session packages.

I am also available to deliver personalized one-to-one sessions to help address the unique needs of your employees.
