REGISTRATION Booking & Cancellation Policy
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with www.uyenyogameditation.com website (the “Service”) operated by Uyen Yoga & Meditation (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.
Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, please do not use the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an un authorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
All of our online store transactions are in £ (pound), because we’re in the UK. Your Credit Card company will make the conversion to your local currency when they resolve the payment to your account. You can check the estimated exchange amount by visiting here: http://www.xe.com/currencyconverter/ and entering the specifics to find your exchange amount.”
Once purchased, online courses are non-refundable. If you are unhappy within the first 30 days from your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can review your situation.
Private Coaching Face to face
A full refund (minus a £50 admin fee) will be issued for purchases made up to 30 days before the program start date.
A 50% refund (minus a £50 admin fee) will be issued for purchases made 30 days to one week before the program start date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than one week prior to the program start date.
Classes face to face
With at least 24 HOURS notice prior to the start time you can transfer your booked weekly classes via email email@example.com.
We understand that late cancellations are sometimes unavoidable – but cancelling late or not attending at all often stops other students from booking places in that class. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time or do not attend, the class cannot be credited back to you.
You may allow a friend or family member to use the ticket if you are unable to attend.
How to transfer a class
To transfer your booking, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Courses, Workshops & Events
Please remember that event & workshop bookings are non-refundable or transferable (minus a £20 admin fee) unless with at least 14 days notice - unless your space can be filled from a waiting list.
We recommend you ensure you are able to attend all dates of a course as transfers may not be possible for missed sessions or once a course has begun.
By booking you are agreeing to this policy. To be fair to all students we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
You may allow a friend to attend a workshop or event in your place.
How to cancel a course, workshop, event
If you need to cancel your booking for a course or event please email email@example.com.
If you have cancelled in advance of the stated notice period (14 days) kindly follow up with an email to confirm your booking reference number and let us know if you would prefer a transfer or refund.
If you are late cancelling we will let you know if we have been able to fill your space and we are able to process a refund / offer you a transfer. If you do not hear from us by the date of the event then unfortunately this has not been possible.
If your course has already begun please be aware refund or transfers are unlikely to be possible.
Adherence to these policies is very important to the running of the studio. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Tickets are intended for regular practitioners, if you choose to use a 5 tickets, these are non-refundable. You may allow a friend or family member to use your tickets.
Changes to the schedule/ cover teachers
There may occasionally be a change of teacher. No refunds or exchanges will be given if there is a cover teacher, and the 24-hour cancellation rule still applies. If we cancel any course, class or event you will be refunded in full, or if you prefer, we can transfer your booking to another similar session.
By making a booking with Uyen Yoga & Meditation you are agreeing to the above terms and take full responsibility for managing your bookings. On attending any session you agree to take full responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing for the full duration of the session.
